Legal Assistants & Paralegals:
Requirements:  At least 5 years of documented experience working in a Law Firm. Proficient in all Microsoft applications, with an accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism required.  Proof of formal legal qualifications essential.

Legal / Executive Secretaries:
Must have at least 3 years of experience preferably in a law firm or similar environment. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel a must, PC Law is a plus. A minimum accurate typing speed of 65-70 wpm with Audio Transcription is required.

Administrative Assistants:
Requires 3 years of experience performing administrative and secretarial duties for middle to senior level management. Strong communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence, and an accurate typing speed of 55 wpm.

Corporate Administrators:
Bachelors Degree in Commerce or any related field, and 3 years experience in the financial sector. Proficiency in Microsoft applications a must with an accurate typing speed of 65 wpm. Must be able to work with little or no supervision, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Secretaries:
General secretarial skills with 50 wpm accurate typing.

Trust Officers:
Must posses at least an Associate Degree, and have Trust qualifications. Must have 3 years of documented experience in Trust Administration. Advanced skill levels in Microsoft Applications.

Accountants:
Requires an Accounting Degree and/or Professional Qualification. (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACMA etc.) Must also posses at least 3 years of related experience.

Financial Controller:
Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or an Accounting officer with the appropriate Qualifications. Must be experienced in preparation of financial statements, budget control and forecasting.
